5 Sessions: Fierce and Fit
Self-defence and fitness sessions for women.
These sessions are 1 hour long and consist of fitness and/or self-defence training. During the hour, we will work on implementing our clients goals and raising the clients heart rate through cardiovascular exercise, martial arts and strength work. Your trainer will make sure all movements are safe for the client to perform. As your personal trainer, we will advise you on nutrition to aid a healthy lifestyle. Alongside the 1-1 session and nutrition advice, we will also include a independent workout that clients do to obtain their desired goal and are in contact to ensure our clients are supported and educated on living a healthy lifestyle and creating life long habits.
