Self-defence and fitness sessions for women.
These sessions are an hour long and consist of fitness and self-defence training. During the hour, we will work on raising the clients heart rate through cardiovascular exercise, martial arts and strength work. The session will then continue to self-defence techniques that are regularly tested and trialled to ensure that they will keep you safe in today's current environment. Your trainer will make sure all movements are safe for the participants to perform. Not only will these sessions ensure that the participants are able to keep themselves safe, but sessions enable weight loss.
