Have Questions Before You Book?


Do I need equipment?
No! Most workouts for my challenges use resistance bands or body weight. I'll guide you through everything. For 1-on-1 work, I provide everything that we will use.
Can I trial a session before booking?
Yes. I offer a free 45 minute consult for all new potential clients. This gives you the opportunity to express your goals and see if I'm the right trainer for you.
Can I train outdoors?
Absolutely. I offer outdoor sessions in local parks and open spaces.
Is self-defence beginner friendly?
Yes. I specialize in training individuals of all fitness and experience levels.
Will lifting weights bulk me up?
No. Building muscle give the body a toned appearance, protects the joints and supports posture. Using weights does not mean you will look like a body builder.
